Getting started

RealestateCopilot is a conversational property search for Australian real estate. Tell Phil, your AI property copilot, what you want in your own words, no filters required.

  1. Create an account (or log in) to save searches and properties.
  2. Open the Dashboard and describe what you're looking for in Phil's chat panel on the left.
  3. Review the matching properties on the right. Tap any card to see full details.

Searching with Phil

Phil, your AI property copilot, understands natural-language property requests. You don't need to translate your needs into filters, just describe them.

Examples

  • "First home around $750k in Melbourne North, 2-3 beds near a train"
  • "Investment apartment under $600k in Brunswick"
  • "3 bedroom family home in Mount Isa Queensland under $400k"

Phil searches supported Australian portals (realestate.com.au first, then domain.com.au and homely.com.au for residential searches) and only returns real, currently-advertised listings. If the request is too vague or no live matches exist, you'll see a short note instead of fabricated results.

Listings & saving

  • Tap a listing card to open the full property page.
  • Save favourites with the heart icon on each card, find them later under your profile.
  • Open the source listing from the property page to view the agent's original listing on the portal.

AI analysis

Once you've opened a property, tap Ask Phil to bring up the chat panel with the property pre-loaded. Phil can:

  • Summarise the property's strengths and trade-offs
  • Compare it to similar listings in the area
  • Surface neighbourhood signals (transport, amenities, demographics)
  • Generate a First Home Report or Investment Report

AI insights are informational only and not a substitute for financial or legal advice. Always verify with a licensed professional before making decisions.

Plans & upgrading

Free accounts get 5 searches a week, saved favourites and reports. Investor removes the weekly cap and adds Projects with standing instructions and your own files. Investor Pro adds unlimited questions, our strongest AI model, and a private encrypted document workspace with Google Drive and OneDrive sync.

Beta feedback

RealestateCopilot is in active beta. Use the green Send Feedback banner at the top of every page to report bugs, request features, or share design suggestions. Each report is tagged automatically by type (bug, suggestion, or other) and reviewed by the team.
